After Sam Galbraith failed to deliver a working exams system in Scotland, that was promoted by Blair and Liddell and NOT Scotlands teachers, the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA) have said they will STILL not have exam results correct THIS year, putting more young peoples university careers on ice or hold.
