rambling to be a crime in Scotland?
A spokesman who advocates reasonable and respectful access by ramblers to
the Scottish countryside said "The land historically belongs to the people.
They have defended it in times of war, subsidised it in time of peace and they should not be denied access to it by self-centred private interests,"
It seems that the Scottish executive, so well run by Mr Henry "Bastard" McLeish
disagrees and is set to lock out the public from the countryside to keep
rich landowners and Labour voting farmers happy.
