Scots funding under more pressure soon
If its not bad enough that the Barnett formula will squeeze more cash from
Scotland, a leading academic, Arthur Midwinter (professor of politics at Strathclyde University) has said that as Scottish MPs lose their say on Scottish
issues in Westminster things could get even more bleak.
However, this man sees that squeeze on the barnett slice of cash Scotland
recieves back from London will just slow spending and not
cut it back. This is ludicrous! If infrastructure falls into decay because the
funds are not available quickly enough, this is a cut back.
