Scotland the disenfranchised

One question arising in the devolution debate points to the failings inherent in an underpowered semi-autonomous Scottish parliament that is still beholding to London.

How can Sottish MPs in a Scottish parliament control Scottish issues effectively and exclude their English MPs from these debates? And likewise, how can Scottish MPs be allowed to have a say in purely English matters?

It would make it almost impossible to have SCottish ministers in the cabinet in London!!

It could marginalise the influence of Scottish MPs at Westminster.

THIS IS WHY WE NEED A TOTALLY IDEPENDENT SCOTTISH PARLIAMENT WHERE SCOTTISH MPS DEAL WITH SCOTTISH ISSUES ONLY AND LONDON BECOME THE SEAT OF ENGLISH POWER FOR THE ENGLISH ALONE.
