Craven Liberals will see votes removed

The Liberal democrats sided with Labour to keep them in power after the first Scottish election. One of the conditions was that proportional representation would be introduced for local elections. Instead Labour in Scotland plans to side with Tony Blair and effectively scrap P.R. for Scottish 'general elections' and HALT P.R. for local elections.

The Liberals are all mouth an no action. They will do whatever it takes to stay in power.
