Human Rights convention breached by Westminster?
Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights states
Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any
media and regardless of frontiers
Westminsters new electronic commerce bill sections dealing with YOUR
right to privacy BREACH this agreement as they strip you of the right
to keep your opinions and data in electronic format free from
interference (electronic interception without your knowledge or consent by
'security' forces).
Talk to your MP. Have this bill thrown out. Its business encryption section
is so weak an amateur with a fast PC could break it anyway!
